Amanda Redmann

Amanda's jiu-jitsu journey began in 2023 in Craig Carroll’s Gracie Garage in Shawano. Though initially unsure about it, she started to really enjoy learning Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and how it changed her mental comfort in uncomfortable situations.

In 2024, Amanda visited Gracie University in Torrance, CA. She felt the energy coming from all the instructors there and learned how special and important the Women Empowered program really is, and she wanted to share this with other women. She immediately enrolled in the online Women Empowered program, and she earned her pink belt in August 2025. Amanda completed the Women Empowered Instructor Certification Program in January 2026.

Amanda is passionate about empowering women by teaching them to protect themselves with technical jiu-jitsu skills and giving them the mental confidence to overcome any real-world situation.
